At Nomadic Healer, all of our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches with organic ingredients to ensure quality and freshness. Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:  nomadic.healerskincare53@gmail.com

We will happily work with you to resolve the issue, including a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
